Valet Service Procedures

Below is an overview of how our valet storage service operates. This service is designed to be a cost-effective option while allowing us to maximise onsite space. If you have any questions, please contact the Facility Manager on 0417 775 592.


1. Who is the valet service suitable for?

Our valet service is ideal for storers who:

  • Are flexible and able to give advance notice for access
  • Are comfortable following valet rules and procedures
  • Require access to their storage item approximately once per month

Due to space and operational requirements, valet storage is not suitable for frequent or short-notice access.


2. How do I book a pickup?

To book a pickup, please SMS 0417 775 592 during office hours.
Include the following details:

  • Storer’s name
  • Trailer/vehicle registration number of the storage item

Bookings are confirmed once acknowledged by our team.


3. Can I collect my storage item after hours or on weekends?

Yes. Once a pickup has been booked in advance, you may collect your storage item anytime during our standard access hours, including after hours and weekends.


4. Can I access my storage item by foot?

Yes. Foot access is available during standard access hours.


5. How much notice is required to make a booking?

We appreciate as much notice as possible and will always try to accommodate requests. However, a minimum of 3 days notice is required for all bookings, including before the start of any weekend and public holidays. If Monday or Tuesday is a public holiday inform us before 1pm on Thursday before if you require access. 


6. When is valet service not available?

Valet movements are not available:

  • On weekends
  • On public holidays
  • Outside the hours of 7:30am – 2:00pm (Monday–Friday)

If there are additional dates or times when valet service is unavailable, you will be notified via SMS or email.


7. Where will my storage item be when I collect it?

Your storage item will be placed in:

  • The designated pickup / drop-off zone, or
  • Another easily accessible area within the facility


8. When can I return my storage item?

You may return your storage item anytime during standard access hours. Please notify the Facility Manager on 0417 775 592 when returning your item.


9. Can I place a lock on my storage item?

Yes. You can use your own lock; however, a spare key must be provided to the office for valet movements.


10. Where do I leave my storage item when returning it?

Please return your storage item to the designated pickup / drop-off zone. 

Use the space with common sense and allow others to park 


11. What happens if I don’t give enough notice? 

If the required notice is not provided, we may be unable to retrieve your storage item for the requested time. It is NOT allowed to move another person’s item to retrieve yours and will result in an immediate termination notice and charge for any damage caused. 


For emergencies outside these hours, the Facility Manager can be contacted on 0417 775 592.
