Facility access hours are:

1st June - 30th September 6am - 9pm 

1st October - 31st May 5am - 9pm.

Facility viewings are by appointment only 

Access is via a key fob and must be collected during an agreed time with the facility staff. $20 bond is required for each key fob. 

You can book a facility tour by calling us on 0417 775 592 between 7.30am - 2.30pm Monday to Friday.

Our facilities have Security Lighting, Security Fencing, Security Patrols, Video Surveillance, Electronic Gates and Security Alarms.

Valet service is a cost efficient storage option. Essentially your storage item is parked behind other items or in a tighter spot where a trained staff member and forklift is required to retrieve the item. You still have access to the item during the standard access hours by foot. To move the item you must give our team minimum 48 hours notice and before the start of any weekends or public holidays so we can make the item accessible for you. 

We are a small business so if the service is unavailable you will be notified by email or sms.

All contractors wanting to enter the facility are required to provide a copy of their public liability insurance and return a signed copy of our Contractor Site Safety Rules to info@southbeachstorage.com.au before they attend site.

Payment  is via automatic payment which can be setup via our members portal. Due 1st of every month, paid in advance. If you sign up during a month then it's a prorata amount from that date to the end of the month. 

Late fees do apply at 15 days overdue. 

The TransPerth bus stops outside our facility. 

Please give us at least 30 days’ notice by email before your next billing date if you plan to vacate your storage unit. Final Steps for Moving Out: After confirming your move-out date with our team, simply send us a photo of your empty and cleaned area via text or email. This will allow us to finalise your move-out in our system. 

Cars, trucks, boats, caravans, trailers, machinery, containers and personal items.  Anything that is explosive, flammable, illegal, perishable or environmentally harmful is NOT to be stored onsite. 

Yes, we offer short term parking. We often have travellers park with us while they visit Rottnest Island, catch a cruise from Fremantle or fly back home.

All paperwork can be done electronically or in the office. Just let us know your full name, email address, a copy of your drivers license and details of what you want to store, then we can send over details.
